| How To Order
Start by clicking the "Search/View/Order" button on the left banner. From this page you may key in a specific catalog code or UPC code for the item you're looking for. If you don't know the codes you can also scroll down and use the description box. You will either be sent to the products page or a lists of items to choose from. Once your are on the product page of an item you'd like to purchase, simply key in an amount and click the "add to shopping cart". Your shopping cart holds items until you're ready to "checkout". You can continue shopping or go on to the checkout process. When you're satisfied with your purchases click on "checkout" At that time you will be asked to provide some information on a secure page. You will have a chance to review your order. When your finished, "submit your order." Now your items have officially been "purchased". The order will be assigned an order number for reference and you will be sent a confirming email.
Ordering by Mail, Phone or Fax
Use our Order Forms (or a plain sheet of paper) for convenient mail-in ordering. Please see the shipping chart below for your mail-in order shipping fee. Please note; this chart is for domestic shipments only. When ordering by mail, you may pay by Personal Check, Money Order, C.O.D. or Credit Card. If paying C.O.D. an $12.00 fee will by applied.

It is our policy not to accept returns unless the goods are defective or were incorrectly shipped. If that is the case, please contact us via e-mail or phone (800-666-7015) to notify us of the error and to arrange return.
In the rare occasion we run into a backorder situation with an item, we do not hold your whole order. We ship all items available, then ship (surface at no charge), the backordered item when it becomes available.

We accept Visa and MasterCard only. For your security, any credit card information submitted when purchasing via our online store is processed automatically through a secure site and cannot be accessed by any employee of this company.
Minimum Merchandise Order is $20.00. For Domestic Mail Orders, add appropriate Shipping, Insurance and Handling charges found in the Table below.
California residents add appropriate Sales Tax. Plastruct does not collect out of California Sales Tax.
C.O.D. shipments are payable by Cashiers Check only. A C.O.D. Fee of $12.00 will be added.
We do not ship on open account.
Orders received Monday through Thursday prior to 1:00 PM usually ship the same day. However, on occasion due to certain production factors it may take an extra day or two to ship your order. Any orders received after 1:00 PM or on Friday and the weekend, usually ship the following business day (with the same exception as noted above). Orders are shipped by UPS ground (unless otherwise requested) and will be charged per the shipping chart below. Any order requesting other than UPS ground shipping will have those charges calculated once order ships and a secondary charge to your credit card will be done for that shipping cost.

We generate our shipping labels from the information you, the customer provides, so if you give an incorrect or incomplete address and your package is returned to us, you will be charged the additional shipping to have the order re-shipped. If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your order has shipped, any corrections to the shipping address may not be possible or if we are charged (UPS currently charges approximately $12.00) to have the address corrected, you will be charged those additional costs as well. So please take care when listing your shipping address.
We are not responsible for any lost package that was incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
