FAQ

Orders received Monday through Thursday, before 1:00 PM Pacific Time, are usually shipped that same day. However, on occasion due to certain production factors, it may take an extra day or two to ship your order. Any order received after 1:00 PM on Thursday, or anytime Friday, or on the weekend, will be shipped the following business day (day or two exception, as noted above, also applies).

 

Unless the wrong item was shipped or your product was damaged in shipment,  we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the case of incorrect or damaged shipments, please contact us for immediate replacement.  If  the box was clearly damaged by shipping company, please retain the outer carton and damaged product for possible shipping company inspection.

 

Yes.    Our minimum merchandise order amount is $20.00 (prior to tax and shipping).

 

We have a $20.00 product order minimum.   If you go to your cart and have less than $20.00 in there, you should see a large RED banner running along the bottom of the cart explaining that the $20.00 has not been met.    If this below minimum banner is not noticed, and you try to continue to check out, the system tries to apply the shipping but none will exist so you will get that shipping error.  If you increase your cart items to meet or exceed the $20.00 minimum, your shipping options will be there.
